Bachelor Alum Haley Ferguson Welcomes First Baby with Husband Oula Palve: ‘Couldn’t Be More in Love’

Haley Ferguson is a mom!

On Monday, April 29, the former Bachelor contestant, 31, welcomed her first baby, daughter Lovi Lavigne Palve, with her pro hockey player husband Oula Palve on Saturday, April 27. Sharing the news on Instagram, the new mom took a moment to honor her newborn baby in the caption.

“Lovi Lavigne Palve 🎀 [Low-Vee]. You’re the love we’ve always known was coming ✨ Been soaking up every second of the newborn bubble bliss,” Ferguson wrote.

“Baby and I got home from the hospital yesterday and we are doing great! She is pure joy and we couldn’t be more in love 🩷 Welcome to the world sunshine girl!”

Ferguson added that her baby girl, whom she welcomed at 4:28 a.m., weighed 7 lbs., 13 oz., and measured 21 inches long at birth.
Ferguson also shared photos of her baby on her Instagram Stories, including one close-up of her baby’s head. She also shared a photo of polaroids she’d taken in the hospital, as well as a snap of Palve bringing their baby daughter home.

Ferguson and the Finnish hockey player tied the knot in June 2022 in Las Vegas. Haley tapped sister Emily Ferguson, who was also a Bachelor Nation fan-favorite, as her maid of honor for the festivities at Resorts World.

The newlyweds started dating on Jan. 11, 2020, and went Instagram-official the following day, with Haley sharing a photo of them snuggling in bed on the social media platform.

Less than six months into their relationship, Haley hinted that she had babies on the brain, captioning a photo of her with Palve, “I really hope he’s my future baby daddy 😂🔥”

Haley first announced she was pregnant in October, sharing a Reel on her Instagram. “You’re already so loved sweet baby ✨ #ivf #ivfsuccess #ivfmama #ivfbaby #babyannouncement,” she wrote in the caption.
